1 small Spanish onion, thinly sliced<br />
2 x 3cm slices of feta<br />
Olive oil Salt &amp; pepper<br />
1 tsp dried oregano</p>
<h4>Method</h4>
<p>Layer lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumbers, and olives on a plate or platter.</p>
<p>Lay feta over the top and season with salt and pepper.</p>
<p>Dress with olive oil and sprinkle over oregano.</p>

1 Spanish onion, sliced<br />
A large handful yellow beans, topped &amp; tailed<br />
3 eggs<br />
3 thin slices sourdough<br />
Garlic-infused olive oil<br />
Salt<br />
Pepper<br />
Olive oil<br />
3 tbsp mayonnaise<br />
Juice ½ lemon juice</p>
<h4>Method</h4>
<p>Place the eggs in a small saucepan, cover with cold water, and place on the stove over medium heat. Bring to the boil and cook for 3 mins.</p>
<p>Remove the eggs from the water and set aside to cool until they aren&#8217;t too hot to handle. Peel and cut in half.</p>
<p>Heat a grill pan over medium heat.</p>
<p>Rub sourdough with garlic-infused olive oil on the grill until there are nice char marks on each side. Remove, slice in half on an angle, and set aside.</p>
<p>Add the beans to the pan with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper, and grill for 3 minutes, turning a few times.</p>
<p>Place lettuce on a platter with the onion, beans, eggs and sourdough croutons.</p>
<p>Mix mayo and lemon juice, add a good grinding of salt and pepper, and then drizzle over the salad.</p>

<p>Tear the cheese into pieces and distribute over the tomatoes.</p>
<p>Drizzle over as little or as much olive oil as you want, then scatter over basil leaves.</p>

<p>Place the endive and mixed salad leaves in a large serving bowl and toss together.</p>
<p>Tumble over sliced Spanish onion.</p>
<p>Pour over the dressing and serve.</p>

<p>2 punnets sugar plum tomatoes, halved<br />
1 tub baby Bocconcini<br />
1 tsp dried oregano<br />
10 basil leaves<br />
2 tbsp olive oil<br />
2 tbsp lemon juice</p>
<h4>Method</h4>
<p>Place tomatoes, bocconcini and basil on a plate.</p>
<p>Combine olive oil and lemon juice, and then pour over the salad.</p>
<p>Garnish with oregano and you are done!</p>

2 large tomatoes cut on different angles<br />
4 radishes, thinly sliced<br />
1 Spanish onion, thinly sliced<br />
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses<br />
Balsamic Salad Splash</p>
<h4>Method</h4>
<p>Lay the salad ingredients out on a platter.</p>
<p>Drizzle over pomegranate molasses and dressing.</p>
