Prawns scream summer in Australia, but you’ll be feeling summertime vibes no matter what time of year you eat them.
This recipe is super simple and quick to prepare any night of the week.
You can always throw them on BBQ too!
Serves 2
Ingredients
8 Raw King Prawns
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp butter
1 red chilli, sliced and seeds removed if desired
1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, to garnish
Lemon quarters, to serve
Method
Heat a large pan over high heat.
Add olive oil, butter, chilli, garlic, half of the parsley and the prawns.
Cook for 2 mins, shaking the pan to coat the prawns in the butter.
Flip and cook for 2 mins, shaking the pan.
Once the prawns change colour, they’re done.
Serve with lemon wedges and remaining fresh parsley.
