Ingredients
60ml Vodka
60ml Cointreau
100ml Pomegranate Juice
100ml Sparkling Water
Plenty of ice
Mint leaves for garnish
Method
Split the ingredients between two martini glasses, adding the sparkling water last so the fizz combines the other liquids.
You can use fresh pomegranates and extract their juices or make your life easy and use use Europlus Fine Food Pomegranate Juice.
