Lemony Tomato and Bocconcini Salad

Ingredients

2 punnets sugar plum tomatoes, halved
1 tub baby Bocconcini
1 tsp dried oregano
10 basil leaves
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice

Method

Place tomatoes, bocconcini and basil on a plate.

Combine olive oil and lemon juice, and then pour over the salad.

Garnish with oregano and you are done!
