Mother’s Day is only two sleeps away and we’ have an easy recipe that kids of all ages can make!
We’ve topped them a beautiful rich double cream French cheese.
Makes 5 crumpets
Ingredients
1 pack Posh crumpets
Saint David’s cultured butter
1 wedge Le Fromager double cream cheese
Pistachios, roughly chopped
Dill Pea shoots
Method
Toast the crumpets in a toaster or under a hot grill.
Place on plates and spread butter over the crumpets.
Spread the cheese and garnish with pistachios, dill and pea shoots.
